Lost count how many times we have stayed at this beautiful property. Every time we return it is magical. Always so clean, always made welcome. The river and local walks breath taking. It is our happy place. Looking forward to returning in 4 weeks for Xmas

Very clean, comfortable and cosy. Well appointed and good location with great views. Every day we would have breakfast, dinner and morning coffee watching the river and mountains through the large windows and, when the weather allowed, on the patio.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location. The views from the terraced garden we amazing. It was an ever-changing picture depending on the weather. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed. The large glass front was great as the views from inside the house we just as good if unable to sit outside.

Comfortable cottage in a great location with access to mountains and coast. It has a fabulous big window overlooking the river and hill behind the cottage. This is our third visit and we hope to return again.

A lovely cottage with a stunning view to the rear. Set in a delightful village in the Heart of the Snowdonia National Park. A village store provides all basic provisions, village pubs with excellent real ale and varied menus and not forgetting the famous ice cream parlour. A excellent base from which the explore the area.

Our short stay was immensely relaxing. The noise made by the river rushing by was so soothing. The property itself is ideal for two people and close to the village centre. Will definitely be back but next time with binoculars.

Riverside cottage was the perfect place for myself and husband. Location is brilliant for many things to do and the cottage more than comfortable. Sitting out on the little patio watching the river and wildlife go by was bliss. The village is lovely, we liked the pizzeria best for eating out, although cottage well equipped to eat in, which we did a lot of. Parking on road outside was never a problem. Looking forward to going back, which we never usually do, and have already recommended this little gem to others.

This is our 3rd time in this lovely quaint cottage. Views across the river are lovely to wake up to. Great walks on your doorstep and only a short stroll into the village of Bedgelert for a bite to eat, a drink at the local pubs or to buy provisions from the local shop.
I think an update to the bathroom would improve the cottage. Otherwise a perfect home from home but much more peaceful!

Keep returning to this cottage which I think speaks for itself. Great location right on the river to enjoy the views or for a quick paddle. Kitchen fully equipped, log burner for colder evenings, good WiFi. The only thing I can possibly fault is the bed, it has the comfiest mattress ever but needs a king-size. Beddgelert is also a delightful village with good pubs and fantastic walks.

Cottage was in a lovely position, on the side of a flowing river. Great views from the kitchen and terrace. It was comfortable and well equipped but could do with some candles and torches. The electricity went off twice in a storm but we couldn’t find anything to light up the house. Luckily it wasn’t for long. We found the stairs quite steep but manageable. Lovely chairs in the back room to sit and relax watching the river with a coffee or glass of wine.
The village of Beddgelert is only a short stroll away. Lots of walks along the river on paths to enjoy.

Stayed in this beautiful cottage for the second year running and it is just perfect, the location is excellent and the views amazing. There is everything you need in the cottage to ensure a comfortable stay. We shall be returning again soon

A lovely listed cottage, overlooking the river, close to the centre of Beddgelert. Perfect as a location to explore Snowdonia. STS Holidays and the owners were efficient and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed. The staircase is steep, which was fine for us but might not be suitable for anyone with impaired mobility. The outlook from the kitchen picture windows and the riverside patio (equipped with a table and chairs) is wonderful. Riverside Cottage was an excellent base for a very enjoyable holiday.



The stay wasn't long enough, we'll be back for more.

Loved the location, though it was difficult to find. Google maps does not know Club St! House number very
difficult to see.
Instruction manual needs some updating! If you ask people to turn off hot water system when they leave,the first instruction should be to tell them to turn it on.
Bin instructions didn't work when we put them out as asked!
Beautiful little house and position but we felt overpriced.
Hesitate to recommend without some above changes.

Cosy, characterful cottage on the edge of Beddgelert village with a 200 inch live 'cinema screen' of the river and hillside behind. South facing riverside terrace with seating and plant pots on either side. Endless bird vistors, including dippers and wagtails. Spatious double bedroom in roofspace and practical kitchen area behind 'cinema' armchairs, including a cafetiere. Good wifi, Freesat TV and dvd player, though watching the river is much more entertaining. 5 minute walk to shops and pubs, with plenty of riverside walking paths in the area. Hopefully stay again next year.

As soon as I walked in the front door I loved the cottage. So homely and comfy. Great patio on the riverbank with amazing views. 2 minutes walk to the shop and pubs in beautiful Beddgelert. Everything you need for a holiday in Wales. Will definitely be returning in winter when we can sit in front of the lovely fire.

This cottage is just perfect, from the moment you walk through the door and see the view through the patio doors which is just amazing. All the stresses of life and work disappeared within minutes sat on the patio in the sunshine watching the river flow past whilst looking at the mountains . The cottage has everything you need

A lovely little cottage looking out on the Glaslyn river within 100 metres of the centre of a quaint village in the heart of Snowdonia.
The cottage is ideal for two people and is located within a few miles of the main attractions in the area including Portmeirion, Harlech Castle, Caernarvon, Betws y coed, Llanberis, Snowdon ETC. The cottage though simple in its facilities and fittings has a terrace adjacent to the river and the terrace gets the sun for most of the day.

We had a great week in Beddgelert made even better by the sunshine and particularly the cottage we stayed in. The Riverside Cottage was a great place to stay whilst we walked the hills and mountains around the village. The cottage was very clean on arrival everything working well, the TV took a bit of getting used to but we got there in the end. The patio space was great, it allowed us to relax once our walks were over, as the weather was great we used this space a lot. Having a washing machine was great, the shower was great as well, my only minor issue was the bed, being 6’3” I found the bed a little small especially when you consider the size of the bedroom, the room could take a king size easily. All in all the cottage was a delight, the village was beautiful as it always is, the food eating out was great as well.
We are looking to returning to Beddgelert in the near future.

After looking forward to our stay in beddgelert once again and paying a lot of money for our cottage,we were very disappointed in its condution,whilst being clean,it needs a lot of tlc. An extractor fan is needed in the bathroom,new patio doors and brighter lighting would be good. We also found an infestation of carpet moths in the bedroom. On a lighter note,we loved the picture window with its lovely view.

Location is idyllic on the River in Beddgelert and close to many beautiful walks. Peaceful and pretty outlook.

Cottage could do with updating and freshening up - shower curtain would be better replaced with a screen that can be cleaned and attention to heating in the bathroom too.
Otherwise a lovely cottage and position.

We arrived at the cottage to find it welcoming. The fire was laid on which was fab as it was very chiily outside....The flowing river just beyond the patio, was a WOW moment and so relaxing listening to it on an evening....The village is beautiful. All in all loved our still in this pretty little cottage.
